Whether you are a beginner or advanced, the sequences and exercises were designed for every person with a body. During class, modifications can be made for those that need an ‘easier’ variation or some extra challenge. You can make the exercises as heavy as you wish.
22 pilates classes
The studio of 22 Pilates is located at the Kaya Beethoven Z-6 in Cas Grandi. The studio can accommodate up to 9 people, therefore subscription per class is advised.
The basics of Pilates are treated in all classes. Exercises to strengthen your core, arms and legs, but also balance and flexibility. Basically everything for a strong and toned body. Don’t be scared if we use props! It gives your body an extra challenge.
